Forum des Sacs reimburses or exchanges for you your purchase within 15 days in case you are not completely satisfied with it (the product should be in its original condition and packaging!).

- You can shop on our website in total confidence.

Below you will find the terms and conditions to return your product(s):

1) Reimbursement or exchanges :


If you're not 100% satisfied and would like to exchange or get your purchase reimbursed, you have 15 days to return your product(s) in their original condition and packaging, to the following addresse:

For all returns, we ask you to

- Attach the invoice to the product your are returning

- To give us the number of your order, the reason for which you wish to return your purchase and whether you want a voucher or direct refund contact us or click here.

-In All other cases, excluding refunds, we will send you a voucher (purchase check) that can be used directly to reorder or order another useful good upon receipt of your return. We thank you for kindly letting us,informally, know the reason for your product(s) return, so we can improve our service for YOU the next time. The cost of returning the product (s) will be to your charge.
The returned product (s) will be refunded or exchanged immediately after reception here at Forum des Sacs

Reimbursement will be made by check in the name and billing address of our customer who placed the order or directly on the customer's bank card.

If it is a defective good or if we made a delivery error related to your order, Forum des Sacs will cover the return shipping costs.

 In this case, the item must be returned within a maximum delay of 7 days.


Products returned damaged, soiled or incomplete will not be refunded.

2) Guaranteed Items :

 

For products under guarantee, the latter will not be in effect upon a normal wear and tear or poor maintenance or a manipulation from the customer.

The invoice must be attached to the returned product.

We kindly thank you for letting us know the reason for your return by filling out the form or by contacting us here.

Please clearly specify your order number.

The shipping fee for repairs will be to your charge if the delay is one month after reception of your order. We do not take care of fees for repairs and return postage on manufacturing faults beyond one month after reception of your product (after review and validation).

Your purchase invoice must ABSOLUTELY be returned to us. The fees for returning your product (s) are your responsibility. The product(s) will be repaired (s) or exchanged (s) by Forum des Sacs

Beyond the limit of one year from the date of purchase, the product should be returned directly to the supplier themselves. Forum des Sacs won't consider any purchase over 1 year old.
