You can choose to be delivered in one of our points of sale, in such case, your order will be ready within a maximum period of 24 or even earlier. Forum des Sacs will contact you by phone to confirm the address of the store in which you wish to receive your order and tell you the date when you can pick up your order (excluding products from the marketplace sellers).

The delivery time for a French - to Abroad postage depends on Colissimo, Chronopost and Mondial Relay.


Delivery times from a relay point in Belgium or Luxembourg are about 7 to 10 days.


Delays with Colissimo to international countries can be from 4 to 7 days.


Delays with Chronopost international can be 2 to 4 days.


All orders placed for delivery outside the European Union are invoiced without VAT (sales prices of our products on the website are with tax).

3) Return Policy from the US:


returns will be to your account, except error from our side (this includes us sending you a faulty or incorrect product).


You need to send us an email ahead of sending your package back to us on, and please indicate the following:

-Last Name

-First Name

-Telephone Number

-Email Addresse

-Order Number

-Reason for your return

-How you would like to proceed (gift voucher or exchange)

The after sales service will validate your return at the earliest date possible and will send you an email with a voucher that you will need to include in your return package (excluding products from our partners market place)

The last step will just be returning the product to us in its original packaging and state.
